Professional Bio: Alt Kagesa has over 20-years of experience providing training, facilitation, and leadership development throughout the State of Hawaii, California, and Utah. Alt is an ATD - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified Achieve Global trainer, and has his Master’s degree from the University of Hawaii.  

Person Background: Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Alt learned the value education and diversity from his mother’s side of the family who comes from a small plantation town on the Big Island; and hard work and business from his father’s side of the family who ran a small business for two generations on Oahu. Happily married and the proud father of three daughters, Alt enjoys ocean sports.
